An extension of your team

We work like an extension of your company, treating your events and brands as respectfully as we do our own.

We have a strong understanding of budget contraints. We constantly monitor expenditure commitments and use our supplier and venue relationships to keep your costs low whilst ensuring the highest quality. Most of our clients have found that using our services is more cost-effective than running their events in-house.

Detailed project management

Organising successful events requires a significant amount of time and ‘attention-to-detail’ across a whole range of different disciplines. 

With all of our event management projects, we provide a “turnkey” solution for the client, working autonomously but reporting on progress at regular intervals.  We will provide a single point of contact for the client and will deal directly with all external contractors and suppliers.

Transparent pre-event budgeting

We always work to a pre-agreed budget and a pre-agreed management fee. Revolution’s management fee is based on the amount of sales, marketing and logistical time needed to manage the event and the final invoiced figure will not differ from this pre-agreed amount.

Wherever possible, we examine the impacts of our business upon the environment and make changes and adjustments as appropriate.

No matter how little or how much you'd like us to take off your shoulders, we'll tailor a package specific to your requirements. There are broadly four categories of service that we provide for clients. We offer a flexible approach ranging from the complete service set to selected elements depending on individual clients’ requirements.

  • Initial Event Development & Budgeting – including event conceptualization & event theme, venue recommendation & negotiation and project planning, timeline & budgeting.
  • Event Organisation and Logistics– including all aspects of venue management, liaison with contractors and suppliers, on-site management and support and post-event research and analysis.
