Running a roadshow is not like organising a standard one-off event.  A roadshow requires meticulous planning and an eye for the ‘unknowns’ to ensure that everything runs smoothly for delegates and exhibitors at every venue.

The key to our success in running these kinds of events lies in the relationships we have forged with all our roadshow suppliers over a number of years. This includes everything from stand contractors who know how to work to tight deadlines, reliable transport companies who know how events work and first-class audio-visual suppliers.
