Revolution has a wealth of experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns designed to attract the right quality of audience by presenting a clear and highly relevant proposition for both fee-paying and free-to-attend conferences.

Revolution’s full-service marketing division is responsible for implementing delegate and PR campaigns using the full spectrum of above and below-the-line activities, with strong emphasis on on-line communications. It is also responsible for producing delegate promotional material for both our own and client/managed events.

Registration services

Every single event that Revolution has organised since 1999 has used the Internet and online registration as a key element of the marketing campaign. Consequently, more than 90% of the delegates for all of our events reserve and pay for their places or book their seminar sessions on-line, aided by pre-filled booking forms. We also provide a dedicated Registration Hotline to answer delegate queries and take telephone bookings.

Post-event feedback

The feedback that we seek from delegates not only covers the quality, organisation and content of the events, but also explores any changes in attitude that have resulted from their attendance - and whether this is likely to lead to a direct change in behaviour.

All delegates are encouraged to provide feedback before they leave each event, or they are prompted for feedback via e-mail shortly after the event, if this is more appropriate.

New developments & innovations

Revolution strives to be at the forefront of new developments within the exhibition and events industry - commonly being an ‘early-adopter’ of new technologies. However, we are always careful to introduce innovations in a way that adds value to the events, in a non-intrusive and non-disruptive manner - maintaining the focus on providing the all-important face-to-face contact between delegates and sponsors / exhibitors.
