Please see below for a detailed breakdown of what is included in your AIIM Forum stand package:

White smooth finish Delta Matrix panels, each measuring 2500mm H x 1000mm W.
Internal panel dimensions (for graphics) are as follows:

| Graphics |
Roadstar Expo can produce full height graphic panels (from print ready supplied artwork) for just £230 +VAT per panel. This cost includes production, transport, installation and removal. If this is of interest contact Andrew Bedingham no later than Friday 6 June.
If you are producing your own graphics they must be light to moderate weight and can be attached using self adhesive hook & loop Velcro. |
| Nameboard |
| Attached to the top of your stand, this will display your company name. It is essential that you let Eli Tomkinson know if the stand name is to appear differently to in the event guide. If you do not, the nameboard will be made up from your Sponsor Form, which may not be as you wish to appear in the exhibition. |

| Standard electrics (sockets and lights) are provided with your stand package. Please see the electrics section for further details. |

Audio Visual
No stand AV is included in your package. However if you do wish to order any AV to enhance your stand presence please contact Ian Hunter at Hunter Events (official supplier) on Tel: +44 (0)7814 671 624 with any enquiries.

Electrics
Electrics are provided to your stand as part of the fully fitted stand. The power supply and number of sockets / lights is directly linked to the stand size which you have booked:

Exhibitors who have a larger power requirement must declare it. Heavy loads may be subject to a supplementary fee.

Furniture is included as standard with your AIIM Roadshow sponsorship package; the quantity of furniture included is directly linked to your stand size – see below for more information:

If you are producing your own graphics please note these should be fixed to the panels using Velcro (hook & loop) only. If panels are damaged by exhibitors then the exhibitor responsible will be charged for any repairs required. Please do not hesitate to request Velcro from the organisers.
An alternative way to brand your stand space would be to bring a free-standing pop up display system.
Exhibitors are discouraged from bringing bulky/heavy display units, which are not compatible with the event style.
No exhibitor will be allowed to obstruct gangways or use excessive height whether on the stand panels or on free standing units.
