To maximise your presence at the AIIM Forum UK we would recommend that you use the following measures:

• Invite your sales database.
• Publish the shows website on your site with a link to www.aiimforum.co.uk If you would like an AIIM Forum UK logo please contact Emma Higgs.
• Circulate an email to all staff and partners informing them of the date and opening time.
• Encourage your sales team to discuss your presence at the show with relevant clients.
• Pre-arrange meetings with clients to take place at the show.
• Send us any online press releases, which we can tweet and share on the events news page
